Scheduling

To assist us in running on time, please be prompt for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late cannot be guaranteed that their stylist will be able to perform their entire service. Anyone arriving too late to receive all services will be charged for the entire appointment.

Confirming Your Appointment

As a courtesy, we will call to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. We also offer email and text message appointment confirmations and reminders-please let our front desk team know if you would like to sign up. 

Comfort

For your enjoyment as well as the relaxation of others, please do not bring small children to the salon unless they have an appointment or there is someone to supervise them. We also request that you kindly turn off your cellular phone while in the salon.

Payments Accepted

At Pompadours, we require payment in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Master Card.

Cancellations

Pompadours requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
